Lions Mane Gyros

  1. In a sauce pan, heat olive oil and sautee lions mane mushrooms until softened and browned. 

  2. In the meantime, make a quick tzatziki sauce by adding lemon juice, dill, salt, and diced cucumbers to greek yogurt. 

  3. Spread a thin layer of your favorite hummus on a pita, add tzatziki sauce, sauteed mushrooms, diced tomatoes, and sliced red onion.

    •   Pita bread

    •   Greek yogurt

    •   Dill

    •   Lemon juice
