Creamy Tuscan Kale Soup

  1. In a large pot, heat butter and olive oil. 

  2. Add diced onions, minced garlic, thyme, basil, salt, and pepper. 

  3. If using real sausage, add it in and cook until brown. 

  4. Then add vegetable broth and potatoes, bring to a boil. 

  5. Keep cooking until potatoes are soft. 

  6. Add a splash of cream, and lastly, add in torn raw kale.

    •   Onion

    •   Garlic

    •   Thyme

    •   Basil

    •   Salt

    •   Pepper

    •   Olive Oil

    •   Butter

    •   Italian sausage

    •   Cream

    •   Vegetable broth
